BOOKING POLICIES

* Deposits & Payments
A 25% non refundable deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service and before Hallora Co leaves the property. If the client will not be present during the cleaning, the remaining balance must be paid before service begins.* Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.* Same-Day Bookings
Same-day appointments are subject to availability and may include an additional service fee.* Home Access
Please ensure that Hallora Co. has access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the property, additional fees may apply.* Home Condition & Pricing
Our prices are starting rates based on typical cleaning conditions. If a home requires significantly more time or labor due to excessive buildup, clutter, pet hair or other conditions, we will discuss any necessary price adjustment with the client before proceeding with additional work.
